Did you get a health guartentee? what exactly does it say? The breeder should be paying for this surgery. Technically you got a "lemon". Legg Perthese is a genetic disorder that will effect quality of life if surgery is not performed. Id look into it more to try and get her to pay for it. its not rught that she's refusing.

The treatment for Legg Perthese is an FHO. She will basically be getting the femoral head removed from both hind limbs (the ball, in the ball and socket hip joint). Recovery will be rough since she's a puppy, and will want to do more then she should too soon. Exercise is ecouraged after surgery but nothing crazy. she should be taking walks 3 times a day for about 5-10 minutes at first. its gonna be hard so a sling of some sort should be used so you can help support her. take a towel, leash, or scarf and wrap it under her belly so you can hold the two ends.

Good luck! she'll feel so much better once the bilateral FHO is performed.
