Since Still Kennels is a USDA licensed commercial kennel, it is regulated by the USDA which enforces the Animal Welfare Act. The AWA has very basic standards of care regarding food, water, cage space, etc. There are no requirements for health testing, genetic screening, etc. which is why so many puppy mill puppies have serious health problems as they get older.

If Still is compliant with the AWA, they are operating legally. If you suspect they are not, you can file a complaint with the USDA and have them investigated.
