I would also say when someone makes a mistake we should or I SHOULD (need to be clear on my post now) forgive and always give another chance but I think if it was multiple times then something is wrong and I would agree that I would not consider her a reputable breeder and what she has done is wrong.
I don't think giving your experiences with breeders destroys their reputation, I think it gives options. I judge for myself, I wouldn't let anyone tell me what to think, but if the proof is there and it has been more than one time, I think I can draw my own conclusion
