I am also prone to cold sores and getting chemical peels will sometimes bring them out in you so prior and during the week of the peel I was given Valtrex and I did not get any coldsores.

The home peels like from Prescriptives is fine but you won't get the results you are looking for unless you go to a board certified dermatologist.
Every time I hear someone loved their results I get to encouraged!....How long ago was your done? .... I've read that after peeling it's extremely important to wear a sun block ( a strong one!) or avoid the sun completely because the skin could hyperpigmentate (?) and/or burn easily....Did your doc. tell you this?

Did your doc tell you you need to use AHA creams or a strong retinol to help maintain your results? ...I'm still learning and it helps when someone went to the doc......
