Hi all,

Thanks to everyone who replied yesterday. Just wanted to post an update on how we're feeling after being hospitalized. The first Vet in the emergency room was absolutely sure that the reaction Sprinkles had was NOT due to overdozing or having too many shots at ones (4 different vaccines for a 4-month old who weighs 2.2 lbs) However, this morning when we picked her up, another Vet, who is an older gentleman said that her bloody vomit was most likely due to the vaccinations. Anyway, she is doing ok. They discharged her with a "clean bill". My question is this:
Since Sprinkles came home from the hospital, she hasn't done #2 yet even though she's been eating throughout the day. She only produces a very smelly gas (it NEVER happened before). Any recommendations? Can it be due to the fluids she received at the hospital?
