Hopefully someone can help.

The vets I talked to say it is one of 3 things.
1. His opening is too small and there is no "fix" for it. He will live in pain with bowel movements his whole life.

2. Nerve damage internally. No repair possible. Again, he will live in this pain his whole life.

3. A mass internally, operation possible but chances of survival slim.

I am sad, upset, scared...anything you can imagine...I can't see letting him live in this pain his whole life and the vets themselves said there is barely a chance a puppy that small can survive a surgery on his bowels to remove a mass. The risks are HUGE they said and some vets won't even attempt it. So what am I to do if a vet won't even help him...I am just sad and mad right now.
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this, please don't give up, vet medicine has come so far in recent years, but not everyone has been trained in the latest advances. I sure hope this vet that is 2 hours a way offers some help. My prayers are with you.
