I used to have dextrose for my goats when they went into labor but I never used it. I would discuss that with a vet before you use it if your not sure about it. (I cannot remember much about it) It sounds like your are paying close attention to this little ones needs, and that may make all the difference, she sure sounds tiny from what you describe.
