I'm glad he acts like he feels okay. I'm not trying to worry you...but please don't let that stop you from pursuing the possibility of LS. Some dogs are asymptomatic for years...it's found "accidently" in bloodwork or they have a bad reaction to anesthesia or vaccinations.

I will tell you...many dogs have surgery to correct shunts. They live long healthy lives afterward.

He's in good hands at UT. People fly themselves and their pets specifically to be treated at this hospital.
