I agree with the above post, I think that will help with the separation anxiety. Also have you tried leaving out treats for her when you leave? You can leave out the everlasting treat ball or the kong puppy treats. Here are some links below as reference to what these items are -

For the Kong you just stick the treat halfway in the opening on the bottom and then add some peanut paste to it. This will distract them for bit and keep them busy when the leave the house. Hope this helps.
