I keep a weeks worth in the fridge, the rest in the freezer. When I take the frozen ones out of the freezer, I let them defrost in the fridge, on a paper towel. If you leave them in a sealed plastic bag, the condensation makes them soft.
I'll be making some more on Friday. Glad Bobo loves them!!!
