Where are you going? In a studio, a park, your home? If outdoors, I like to take advantage of any natural things around, like a tree with a low branch or a bridge. Here are some that I took of my sister. shhhh! Don't tell her I posted these,

How about something like your BF lays on the ground, you sit, straddled on his back and Tobie is on BF backs in front of you and the picture is taken head on. So that it sort of looks like a totem poll. BF's head, then Tobies a little higher up, then yours above Tobies.
