I have my own small dogs, one is about to be neutered. The other two are not because they breed. Zeus can't be fixed due to being a police dog. I could be the perfect parent to a rescue but because I have a 7 year old and dogs that aren't fixed..... its unfortunate. |
Those policies aren't limited to rescue organizations...our spca has those policies...PLUS more strigent rules too.
