It says it right before you fill it out. The two that we don't meet are that they do not adopt to families with kids under 10, my youngest is 7 and all other animals must be fixed in the home. First of all, I have a cop dog that we don't have the choice to get fixed. I went through this with a cat rescue org here and ended up telling them off. There has to be exceptions to the rules.. but they wouldn't budge, service dog or not, he must be fixed... so I ended up getting a farm cat for free!
