when i adopted my gino at about 10 or 11 months old (RIP sweet boy ), he was being held back for show and then his ears flopped and he never got much above 4 lbs. he was "show quality" and on the smaller side and was a little over half what you are thinking ($2000). AND he was neutered before he left his breeders. so i do agree with the others - i think that is pretty high. however, i am not sure what yorkies are sold for in your area and maybe that is the norm? either way, i hope you find her a perfect home where she will be spoiled like the princess she is |
Good point. Whatever price you decide on should include the spay. FYI, show breeders rehome adults for the price of the spay/neuter, updating shots, etc., usually a few hundred dollars.
