My Vet is a graduate of Penn University and is a fantastic Vet and a fantastic person. I realize she is in Pa and you are in Arkansas, but if you want her phone number, PM me. I do not have an email for her. Perhaps she has a classmate or Vet Hospital recommendation.
I sure hope the wee guy feels better soon. It's breaking my heart!
