im hoping he just had a stressful day but my gut is telling me something isnt right.. he looks normal to the eye but only a mother culd sense something is wrong.. does anyone understand?  am i just over reacting

Bailey had a similar problem last weekend. He had diarrhea and was vomiting for no reason. He tummy was gurggling. I think it's because he had diarrhea. Maybe you should take him to the vet though? Bailey's only lasted a day and now he's ok. Especially since they can dehydrate so quickly. Just wanted to let you know I've experience the gurggling before and it was from the diarrhea, but I don't know if that's what your baby is experiencing...? Keep us updated...
