I bet if the check out machines were not in their favor, they would have them repaired or replaced immediately.
I read last week that Wal-Mart who is supposed to be way ahead of most retailers in sales and they probably are but with the value of a dollar today their net profit is shrinking. I loath these people and all they stand for but not the people who work for them.
