 Visiting
I too work in long term care, Trevor goes to work with me most days...because of his small size he's perfect to sit on laps,or cuddle up on the bed. Since I have an office, when he gets tired he simply lays down in his portable bed for a nap. One thing to remember, make sure all vaccinations are up to date and that the facility has them on file. Even the best little fur-babies can get spooked and nip (thank God Trevor never has) You are right to do it slowly, sometimes I've seen dogs get spooked over wheelchairs and/or walkers. |
