I went back that night to pick him up, there were like 6 people standing behind me. The vet walked out and said "Hey Ms Sherrie", I said hey Dr Ross. Then he said, what kind of dog is that? I said a biewer terrier, he said, well, that dog must have at least cost you $2500, I said yeah, somewhere near that. Then he said and I did this for charity?? I felt like crawling out of there, I know my face had to be 3 shades of red. I thought it was very unprofessional of him. Then about 3 mos. later, my friend whom also uses that vet, called to tell me she had called up there at the vets to see if they still took vouchers, as she had gottem a pom and wanted to get her spayed. She asked the receptionist if Dr Ross still took vouchers, the receptionist said yeah, but, he's kind of funny about it since some woman brought her $2500 dog in. She knew exactly who they were talking about. | wow...i cannot believe your vet would say that! those vouchers are for anyone regardless of how much they spent on their dog i would have been so embarrassed too...sorry this caused you to find a new vet since you did like him! i would have been mortified |
