That's what I was saying. If you keep a mug of water on a candle warmer, it's ready all the time. Same thing with a miniature potpourri crock. This keeps very hot water at the ready, and bottles heat in mere seconds.
Just make sure it always has water in it. Don't let it run dry.
But at least once a day, right after feeding, empty it, washing it thoroughly, or you will breed bacteria.
