It looks like the same pup to me too. The settings/lighting of the 2 pictures are different and I think that accounts for any differences. If it's not the same pup, maybe the breeder got photos mixed up and sent a picture of it's litter mate? In any event, I think you got an adorable baby and maybe some things are just meant to be!
