Default My yorkies bones sound like they're "cracking"

So, I have a 4 month old two pound yorkie. He is very healthy, plays, eats and drinks well and doesn't whine unless he needs to potty. But, it seems like sometimes when I pick him up I hear little creaks and cracks. I'm afraid its his bones. He isn't in any kind of pain that I know of and he is really tiny. I am going to take him to the vet next week but does anyone know if there is any kind of calcium supplements for dogs? I don't know if any of you have ever experienced this, but sometimes when I go to reach something my wrist or my elbow kinda cracks. It doesn't really hurt, just makes a sound. I'm wondering if this is whats happening to Pottsy. Any suggestions???
