Kathy something will come along..........and a good idea is to let someone that will be knows you and you trust "read" your resume before turning it in to a perspective employer. They may think of some more nice things to say or add..........hey, if you have a good resume, you got it!!!!!! You won't sound conceited, you will sound confident and qualified.
