I too have the same problem. When my Maddie carries toys in her mouth she makes a "stuffy nose and throat" sound. I've been to my vet and posted questions about it here, but I'm still concerned. First, my vet told me that Yorkies are known to occasionally have allergies. She recommended giving her childrens benadryl daily to see if that helps out. If you choose to do that to see if that will help your puppy out be sure to check out appropriate doses for the size of your dog. Hopefully someone will post something that helps us out! Good luck!
