True but you still need to becareful because like mowing the yard and or just coming in from outdoorss they can come in that way I usede frontline plus for my bassets I had they got them worse in there ears I guess where there long...Didn't seem to work as good that year Now I have Jada and I put some on her when I first got her It didn't seem good either It wouldn't surprize me that there

weakening it down
