I always keep nutrical on hand. I use it for everything LOL, but for whelping I give mom and a little here and there through out the whole birhting to give her energy.
Nutri drops I use on the pups after I finsih cleaning them and they are all clear. I normally give them one tiny drop on the roof of their mouth, just to get them going.
Whelping pudding I also make and give to mom while birthing AND for a couple weeks after while nursing.
Hope this helps! |
Same here pretty much.
I also recommend and love Nursemate asap you can get it at revivalanimal. I add this to the goats milk for tinies to help suppliment them. I also give it to my newborns right away to give them a boost before mom starts nursing them. I have some bitches that dont nurse till they are done whelping and this helps the puppies alot initially imo.
