I agree- Layla used to go there to be groomed- the guilt still makes me cry. She would come back an emotional mess- she would insist I hold her for 3 days afterwards. I think she was upset by all the barking in the back room- we can't even walk into petsmart anymore because she violently shakes. I hate that i ever put her through that- but we do it at home now and she just LOVES being groomed- lots of treats
