It really wouldn't be acutely dangerous for her in the same way that cat food can be dangerous to a dog (pancreatitis can be life-threatening, and sometimes overindulgence in cat food can trigger that!), but in the long run, if she decides she likes the dog food better than her own food and she's munching on it regularly, it wouldn't be good for her. The protein and fat levels in dog food are lower than what a cat usually needs. Weight gain would be another concern if she decides to "supplement" her kitty food with the dog food too often...
