I have two seniors cats, they were the center of our attention and also indoors too, I just let them out in the back, when I got Phoebe (my first yorkie) they were very curiuous about her I keep them separate I will put Phoebe in the playpen and they will watch each other, my hubby always have cut the cats nails so that help my stress a lot, then little by little I introduce them Phoebe and my male cats are best friends they will play and play my female cat is a Diva she only like hubby and I and somentimes Esquiseck (the male cat) she tolerate Phoebe but she will run from her sometimes now that I have they get along just fine Melody and Shayna learn from Phoebe
