I think it's irresponsible to not have gotten a second opinion, especially since they have access to Cornell, a place that is known for its expertise with this condition. As far as I can tell the breeder has not breached her guarantee, but the buyer has chosen not to exercise her option to return the puppy, so why all this about "breeder should do the right thing..." And, for those of you who think a shunt showing up on ultrasound is reason to rush into surgery, I have a set of medical records you might enjoy perusing. |
