I have a couple of questions, maybe I just out of the loop since I didn't have a baby for a little over a yr and just got 2 puppies. But what is a DH?????? and where is all the info about marking and this 30day rule thing coming from???? I have had Yorkies for 32 yrs and haven't heard of the 30day thing. as for marking, that is something males do to mark their territory usually on the leg of something a bed table etc. even on the corner of a bedspread. Mine have done this when we have left them alone, but not a regular thing. I have done alot of reading on training your dog in 7 days, seems to be working for me pretty much. I never give the puppies run of the house, we have the doorways to other parts of the house blocked off. They need to be contained to keep an eye on them. They sleep together in a 24"crate but have free roam in the living room with us the rest of the time. they usually run to the area I have set up for them with 6 pad to do their business.
