Well, I'm glad you didn't give her any money! I had a groomer that comes to your house in an RV and does it so I felt better that my little one (Not Noelle)wasn't far from me. Well, when they brought her to the door she looked perfect, lovely bow on her topnot. Well, a little while later, I noticed scabs coming from under the topnot, I took it out and sure enough, there was a large cut on her head! She never even mentioned she cut my dog! It was quite some time that I had noticed it since it was under a topnot and it could have gotten very infected if I had not checked to see what the problem was!
But anyway, back to your situation, that's not a nick, and in my opinion it's inexcusable. Nicks I can kind of understand but gouges, no, sorry! They are supposed to be professional and that's why you take them there in the first place!! |
