The vet who specializes in cats called back. I was hoping the doggy specialist would call, but no luck.

Anyway, the cat lady gave the standard schpiel that she really can't help without seeing London with her own eyes. (I'd be happy to bring her for an office visit if I thought this vet would actually have helpful advice.)

She did say it wouldn't hurt to try topical hydrocortisone cream (same stuff humans use).

I am making an appointment for a better vet that is farther away, but will probably take a few days.
