I should be concerned with sugar, but I'm not lol. My mom has diabetes so I can easily get it especially since she had gestational diabetes while she was pregnant with me. I wasn't going to drink it all day long. I was going to try and alternate between diet pepsi, seltzer/juice, and regular water.
