I had a male yorkie that housebroke completely in a few weeks. He lived to be 13 and we never had accidents. Piper has been really hard to train. Just when you think she is trained she seems to regress. She is 10 months old and if you asked me last month I would have said she is 90% trained. The last couple days she has had quite a few mistakes. You let her out she poops and you know she should pee and she doesn't. Bring her back in and she goes. I think I'm going to have to just stay out until she pees. I think she just gets distracted and forgets what she is suppose to do. I'm back again to saying do pee pees until she finally goes. I'm convinced that females are 100% harder to train than males. I've had through the years 3 male mini poodles and 1 male yorkie and all of them trained very easily. Not so with the Piddler. I hope that someday I can say Piper is housebroken.
