Congratulations on your wise decision. I do hope Oliver can be yours
before the day is over. Not all puppymill dogs are sick. If he's in a foster
home now I am sure he has been checked over by a vet and is healthy.
You won't be sorry with a 9lber. The big ones are no different than the
little ones except for their size. They also have less health problems and
just the best to hug.
