I also think you should get to a vet ASAP - there is really something going on here. Could be mites, mange, flea allergy, environmental allergy, staph infection - a skin scraping should be done and a culture.

Remember that allergies are sort of like a domino effect - so once there is an allergy to *anything*, a dog's immune system is then more vulnerable to any allergy (bc the system is suppressed).
