Great post Nancy- I look at Layla many times a day and think of those poor poor dogs who don't know what it is to lead a good life- who are stuck in crates all day- who don't get to go for walks. We have stopped buying Layla outlandish birthday and Christmas gifts and instead we donate to rescues. We aren't in the position to take in a rescue ourselves but want to help those that do.
