Lola is 4 lbs and 1 year old and since I got her(which was asap after her 8th week b-day.
) she's been on interceptor. My vet(whom I trust completely) sat me down and discussed the options I had in heartworm preventitives. He even used a dry erase board to illustrate some points. lol Like several posters have said "Better safe than sorry."
