No it doesnt happen like that. It happens when I pet him, or when he wants something bad, say sit with us when we have dinner. SO its almost like his little language, sounds like a little gremlin at times. Its cute and all, but I still want to know. Also if I tell him, Rocky STOP it, he will cut it out.
