The conditions in WI are probably similar to those in MI and I was doing it about 9 months a year. I have switched to year-round because there was a reported mosquito sighting in a building here in the middle of winter. Soooo, I just feel better doing it continually. You don't have to though.
Side effects have been reported even on YT if I remember right. It should be just fine though.
