My neighbor's kid had a dog and I asked him over to play with Maxwell since he has no playmates. His Dad and him found him at a lake where they fished at. His Mom won't let this teenage boy keep him, but she is going to take the dog to the Vet and whatever till they find him a home. Mom already has a cat whom doesn't get along with humans. I told him I was thinking of a mate for Maxwell. They did try to play together and for moments Coco was gentle. Then he was getting rough. He thinks it is a Lab/Rot mix but he will find out when they go to the Vet tommorrow. I mentioned maybe we could co-own it together and that way he could play with it. But I changed my mind when Coco was getting a bit rough. Plus Maxwell was attacked by a Rot last summer. It's a beautiful dog and Cocoa is the color of the dog. It looks like it's in the pup stages, but I don't know if I want the responsiblity. I told him he would have to get him trained and gave him some info. Are Labs rough~? What about the mix~? Is that asking for troubles~? Just curious. Thanks.
