Your baby is a perfect representation of the breed, and you have every right to be proud of her. I think Jinjersey may have been referring to those websites that feature "teacups" and some do look like they have encephalitis with the bulging eyes. It bothers me when people only breed for one thing, and this is often size, but it's obvious the breeder you chose was breeding for the whole package, and sometimes good things come in small packages.
