Sweetnprecious...not ALL of them are out of state. I know one lady who has her boy on there...Anden. He is in Silver Creek WA...I have met her in person and am getting my new baby girl from her next week. But you are right...you have to be very very careful!
I have a friend who just told me her two tied this week...Her girl is about 8 lbs, so the babies might be the size you are looking for. Of course, they won't be ready for a long time, since we don't have a verified pregnancy, but if you want, I can keep in touch with you and update you later.
Her dogs tend to have nice sized litters...4-5 pups...
