I support your decision to not have her come to your house with the puppy, and I would be concerned about going to see the puppy as well since some diseases can be transfered on your clothing or shoes.
She does sound immature, but honestly, I was too at one time. People who educated me about puppies and Yorkies had to put up with a lot from me too. Just keep the door open. If not for her sake, then for the pup's. Obviously, the breeder won't be there for her.
