The one that I responded to had dozens of these ads in Kijili and I can't remember which other places. The real owner of the stolen pictures caught on and quickly warned people about it. Good thing, because I almost fell for it. They can tell you some sad story that will make you open your wallet and since I thought that someone would beat me to the pup, I should act quickly. I did some research and found out that this scam has been going on for a good 10 years. Be suspicious. Google "Yorkie adoption scams', you're sure to find people talking about how they got scammed.

The ad was posted in her area, so it would be pretty easy to find out if they were legit or not. Like another poster said, ask if you can come see the pup.
