I hope you can find a way to help this little guy. I agree with calling Animal Control, unless you feel they would be amenable to hearing what you have to say directly. Unfortunately, it seems most people aren't. |
We had a good friend make a comment about our dog last night at dinner that actually bothered hubby more than me. But I am so sick with a cold right now I really wasn't tuned into the conversation. At any rate they don't have a dog and I hope they never get one. Our dog is "special needs" since she was a rescue who spent the first 4 years of her life as a breeder dog. So she is special to us and we treat her like a child, some people just don't get that.
