Oh it sounds like she has found a home and if not there are back ups. I am happy for the dog. If my chance you get the an opportunity to adopt her and need some help with getting to the shelter please let me know, I can help out.
I wonder why the lady who originally found her surrendered her to the shelter? I am sure there is a reason someone can explain to me. Maybe I am just wrong and a little selfish but I probably would have kept her in my home and attempted to find her owner myself.
If someone can explain the shelter surrender to me I would appreciate it. Also remember -- I am a first time dog owner of 6 months so I don't really understand all the proceddures other than I love my dog and want to take good care of her.
