You are definately right about that, not everyone has the same definition of what defines a breeder as "responsible"--one reason why there is a surplus of ill-bred Yorkies out there these days and why people are constantly posting up here wondering if their 12 pound, flop eared, black pooch is really a Yorkie as his breeder passed him off to be.
How can one profess to be a Yorkie breeder and enthusiasts if the very definition and description of the breed offends them? (not so much directed to breeders of non-standard colored dogs, just in regards to the statement that physical characteristics of the dog don't matter)
