Petsmart shaved one long streak down my Westies back and called me to say they can not groom him because he was trying to bite them. I had to walk out with my Westie looking so bad. He was a 6 month old pup at the time and has never had an issue he is now 8 years old. I will never use Petsmart groomers again....They s--- |
